Containing less than 1% MEA (Monoethanolamine) with permanent long lasting 100% grey coverage and minimal natural melanin lift (usually less than 1/2 level) when used on its own. This series shines on its own and is calibrated to match level, tone and mixing formulations with our Low Ammonia Shades. No Ammonia color forms an additional ring of deposit into the outer 1/3 area of the cortex, reflecting through the cuticle. When used at a mixing ratio of 1:1.5, the No Ammonia pigment is permanent and has the ability to add to the desired end result of balancing, enhancing or neutralizing exposed underlying pigment.
